“Wife and I recently moved in and the place is a total upgrade of what we had in the past. We appreciate all the hard work that the people in the office do, and continue to. We highly recommend The Maddox for all your apartment needs☺️”

“I recently moved from out of state, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful every step of the way, which made the transition so much easier. I absolutely love the high ceilings and the amount of closet space—there’s plenty of room for everything. Overall, a great experience and a place I’m happy to call home!”

“Rave! Rave! Rave! I have been here for about two years and for the first time I have something good to say about these apartments and excited to renew my lease. Shoutout to the new Community Manager Bri she’s been her a little over two months and the short timeframe she’s been here, she’s really turned things around in a good way. Nothing like the previous management we used to have. Bri is genuine, she’ll listen to you and do what’s right. Management really makes a difference in wanting to continue renewing my lease. Sign your new lease with Bri!!!!”
